Real Estate Virtual Video Tours came to light back in 2009 when the idea first popped into my head while I was researching property from Perth WA and ended up buying a house in Cairns soley from watching a wondky video clip shot by my friends. 3 months later I finally flew to Cairns from Perth to see the fantasic house I brought off the internet. 
That really brought home to me how powerful video can be in selling real estate so with my years of video/editing background, I set up FlyKam and fine turned the way to shoot properties quickly, cheaply but still looking impressive.
Each property I shoot gets plugged into this website which is word press driven so the search engines pick up every listing very fast. At the moment the idea of using video for real estate is still quite new in Australia but soon it will become common place just like images are used now on the internet to help sell real estate.
Everyone now looks online for real estate and everyone has smart phones and tablets so can be online anywhere anytime.
